Each year, the DMRF grants $15,000 to the Faculty of Medicine Research Committee. This standing committee advises the Dean of Medicine on research matters within the Faculty. The DMRF contribution supports the Faculty of Medicine Intramural Research Grant Program, which provides small grants to junior faculty members to help them establish their research programs at Dalhousie.
